طلب حذف البيانات
نحترم حقك في حذف بياناتك الشخصية. يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك وجميع بياناتك بالطرق التالية:
الطريقة 1: من داخل التطبيق (الأسرع)
افتح التطبيق ← الملف الشخصي / الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب ← أدخل كلمة المرور ← تأكيد
ما الذي يتم حذفه؟
- معلومات الحساب (الاسم، البريد، الهاتف)
- السجلات الطبية والملاحظات
- المواعيد وسجل المدفوعات
- الملفات والصور المرفوعة
- الإشعارات ونقاط Dentin
ملاحظة: عملية الحذف نهائية ولا يمكن التراجع عنها. سيتم حذف جميع البيانات خلال 48 ساعة من الطلب.

Data Deletion Request
We respect your right to delete your personal data. You can request deletion of your account and all data through the following methods:
Method 1: In-App (Fastest)
Open the app → Profile / Settings → Delete Account → Enter password → Confirm
Method 2: Via Email
Send an email to clinics.smile.2025@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and include your registered email address.
What Gets Deleted?
- Account information (name, email, phone)
- Medical records and notes
- Appointments and payment history
- Uploaded files and photos
- Notifications and Dentin points
Note: Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All data will be deleted within 48 hours of the request.
